TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The body of a 47-year-old fisherman was found offshore in Ipil, Gonzaga town, on Wednesday, October 12, at 4:30 in the afternoon, raising to two the number of fatalities from the onslaught of Typhoon “Maymay,” police and rescuers said on Thursday. The victim was identified as Richard Mangrubang, of Sitio Pasikit, San Vicente, Santa Ana town, who went off fishing on October 10 at past 6 in the evening.
