Mayor marks first 100 days

LUCENA CITY, Quezon: Mayor Mark Alcala highlighted his innovative programs in his first 100 days in office in a 27-minute report on Thursday morning at the session hall of the city council at the Lucena City Government Complex. Alcala, giving priorities to his constituents’ convenience, issued his first executive order in July dubbed “Sa Lucena, VIP Ka.” He ordered all frontline offices to accord every resident utmost courtesy, efficiency and transparency when transacting at city hall.
