Bypass roads hasten completion of expressway

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: With the ongoing construction of bypass and diversion roads in central Pangasinan towns and cities, the proposed Pangasinan East-West Expressway (PEWEx) may be completed sooner than expected.

Looking at the Pangasinan map, Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd said that an expressway is needed to connect the bypass roads.
