TUMAUINI, Isabela: The Social Security System (SSS) has given seven delinquent companies in this town and one employer in Ilagan City until Nov. 22, 2022, to avail of the penalty condonation and pay their contribution arrears.
Lawyer Vicente Cuenca, SSS Legal Department manager for Luzon North 2, said in an interview on Friday, October 14, that the demand letters given to the eight employers would be a 15-day relief only.
The employers were given 15 calendar days from the date of the visit to submit their application for condonation of accrued penalties from March 2020 onwards.
