Cotabato to launch road train

THE provincial government of Cotabato is ramping up its preparations to launch a 240-seater hybrid electric road train (HERT) in the province.

The HERT is an eco-friendly alternative vehicle designed and fabricated by Filipino engineers from the Department of Science and Technology-Metals Industry Research and Development Council (DoST-MIRDC).
