BACOLOD CITY: Business confidence is high with the new administration of Mayor Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez.

Benitez, during the MassKara Media Night on Tuesday evening, October 18, said local businesses have reported to him that sales have returned to pre-pandemic levels.
